TERMS OF USE — Claritas

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Claritas ("the App"),
provided by Claritas ("Developer," "we,"
"us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you
do not agree, do not use the App.
1. THE SERVICE
Claritas helps you free up storage by detecting and removing or modifying
unwanted photos and videos that you choose. All analysis runs on your
device. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any
deletion or modification. The App never deletes or changes items
automatically.
2. NO WARRANTY / YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PHOTOS
The App's detections (e.g., "blurry," "duplicate," "closed eyes") are
automated suggestions and may be imperfect. You decide what to delete or
modify. Deleted items are moved to the iOS "Recently Deleted" album
(recoverable for 30 days). We strongly recommend keeping a backup of
important photos. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We are not responsible for
any loss of photos or data resulting from your use of the App.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS (AUTO-RENEWABLE)
Claritas offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Claritas Weekly and Claritas Yearly. Prices are shown in the App and
may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off
at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of
the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you
purchase a subscription.
4. FREE AND PAID FEATURES
Some features are available for free with limits (for example, a limited
number of duplicate deletions per day). Full functionality requires an
active subscription.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse,
reverse engineer, or interfere with the App except as permitted by law.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and its content are owned by the Developer and protected by
applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the App.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR
ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PHOTOS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes
acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of
Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The
competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan)
shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in
connection with these Terms. Nothing in this section limits any
mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law
of your country of habitual residence.
