Closed Eyes
Claritas uses on-device face landmarks to find photos where someone's eyes are closed, so you can delete the blink shots.
Claritas finds photos where a person's eyes are closed by measuring eye openness from on-device face landmarks. A photo is flagged only when both eyes are closed, so squints and side glances are less likely to be caught.
How to use Closed Eyes
- Open the Closed eyes card on Home.
- Review each photo; open it full screen to check.
- Select the blink shots and tap Delete.
Apple's Vision framework locates the face and eye landmarks, and Claritas computes an eye-aspect ratio for each eye. Faces are analyzed on your device and no face data leaves it.
